If adding any curves or cutting of materials, additional charges will be applied. Prices are subject to change: if we need to remove concrete, existing patio, asphalt patio, decks, if yard is on a slope and needs a retaining wall; patio package prices are not included on raised patios. No, Patio packages are strictly for Patio only.

No, Seeding and loam are not included in the package.

Only the patio itself with borders around the perimeter. Polymeric sand will be included after the completion of the patio. All sand will be swept into paver joints, and compacted with roller tamper, then set in place with water. Concrete bond will be placed on the outside edge of pavers as restraints.

Yes, we Warranty all of our patio and hardscape work for three (3) years.

No, All hardscape work is a capital improvement.

No, you do not need to obtain a permit, patios are not considered permanent structures.

Sealing is completely optional and up to the client. We do, however, offer two options: a wet-look and semi-gloss. Choosing to seal your pavers will keep your paver color consistent and unfaded. Usually, a seal can last up to 3-5 years.

We like to obtain a deposit to secure your spot on our schedule. We will send you an email/text a week or two before we start your project. We offer credit/debit card payment, checks payable to Outdoor Elements and cash payments.

Yes, we offer a payment option through a 3rd party.
