5⭐️ isn’t enough for this team! We had an unfortunate incident happen in January, our retaining wall fell over, it’s 75’ long wall that’s about 3.5’ high, and in order to deconstruct and reconstruct, we had to rip out the existing patio and move sprinkler lines, remove the hundreds of wall blocks, so it wasn’t going to be a small job. My wife and I began thinking about what should we do? what’s the budget? Deck? Pergola? Wood? Trex? Pavers? The options are endless, so we looked into a couple different things on the interweb and chatted with a few contractors, some gave awful advice and didn’t have a clear vision of what it would look like and failed to help us visualize what it would look like. Some didn’t even show up to give a quote. Anyway, my wife found Patt and Outdoor Elements on Facebook and sent him a message, now I’m in the green industry, I deal with many hardscape and landscape professionals daily. I honestly just wanted her to run with it and I’ll chime if needed and not mix business and personal relationships, and that’s what we did. Patt came to our home and met with us, we explained what we were looking to do, he gave us his vision of it and we were absolutely amazed at what he had thought up. He had a 3d rendering of what it would potentially look like and it was beautiful! My wife and I decided move forward with Patt and his team. A few weeks go by, now I’m getting excited, I can’t wait to see if this guy gives the same product that he claims he can deliver. There’s a lot of hacks out there and I have seen some pretty bad masonry in my travels. Day 1, his guys show up for demo day bright and early, my 5 year old is in heaven when he sees an excavator and skid steer show up in our yard! They got a decent amount done day 1, very clean and courteous while they were on site. The entire project went relatively smooth, we had some contractor hold ups at first but that was on me, not to mention the torrential downpours we were getting. Patt communicated with us daily, explained what was gonna happen and what to expect. He worked well with the electrician and plumber that we used. If I ever have to do this again, I would use Patt again and again, he is very professional, very courteous, his guys are extremely polite, and absolute work horses. A few times they worked on sat and Sunday to catch up due to monsoon spring rains, he would bring his daughter and my son and her became friends. I feel like I gained a lifelong friend in Patt and a great business relationship as well. Sorry. They deserve a longer review, however I will become redundant and you probably won’t read to this point anyway. BUT!!! If you’re looking for a patio, wall, pool, walkway…Call this guy, my friend Patt, you will not be disappointed, in fact you will be in love with what he does for you![Google]()

Patt did a great job on my yard. It was sizable and in need of TLC. He honored his fall sale discount with a free fire pit. A quick note about my journey with Patt. He was recommended by a close friend. He listened to me and provided a design concept. Before starting, I changed my plan. Patt redesigned the patio with similar measurements. Patt and his team were so amazing to work with and made my patio/backyard dream come true in every way possible! The entire process was a five star experience starting with the first initial phone call, first site visit, blueprint and through the entire completion of the project and follow up. Patt was always very responsive, respectful and passionate about the work he does. My project was not an easy one because of the layout of my yard and my house being built on a retaining wall. However, Patt and his team did it the "old school" way with no machines and worked harder than I could have imagined. There were plenty of speed bumps along that way because of my layout but they handled everything with extreme care, communication and exceeded my expectations in every way! First class work from First class people from the owner to the project manager to all of the workers. Patt and I had many conversations to make sure the project was done accurately and according to my goals.
