The patio packages are strictly for patios only.

Seeding and loam are not included in the patio package. Our patio contractors are happy to answer additional questions you may have about our custom patios.

The patio package includes the patio itself with borders around the perimeter. Polymeric sand will be included after the completion of the patio. All sand will be swept into paver joints, compacted with roller tamper, and then set in place with water. A concrete bond will be placed on the outside edge of pavers as restraints.

Our hardscaping and patio contractors prefer to obtain a deposit to secure your spot on our schedule. We will send you an email/text a week or two before we start your project. We offer credit and debit card payments, checks payable to Outdoor Elements, and cash payments.
